NameHQ is a free, informational tool operated by Asian Digital Mind LLC. You may use it for personal and commercial name research.
No warranty
Store, domain, social, and namespace checks are informational only. They do not confirm trademark rights or legal availability. Reserved App Store names may not appear in search. Social results are approximate — confirm on each platform.
Results are provided as-is. Store search, registry lookups and social probes can be stale, blocked or wrong, and we make no warranty of accuracy or fitness for any purpose. Nothing on this site is legal advice. Confirm availability with the platform or registrar before you rely on it, and consult a trademark professional before you invest in a brand.
Fair use
Automated or bulk querying is not permitted. We rate-limit by IP address and may block traffic that looks scripted. Do not attempt to circumvent these limits.
Affiliate links and sponsors
Some outbound links are affiliate links and some placements are paid sponsorships. Both are labelled. Sponsors have no influence over results.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asian Digital Mind LLC is not liable for any loss arising from your use of NameHQ, including a name that turns out to be taken, reserved, trademarked or otherwise unavailable after a check reported it as free. The service is free and provided without any guarantee of availability or uptime.
Third-party sites
Links to registrars, app stores, social networks and other services lead to sites we do not control. Their terms and privacy policies apply there.
Changes
We may change these terms or the service at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California.
